Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking information

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping United States:

- Standard Shipping 3 to 5 business days $5.99 or Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 business days $12.99
- Priority Shipping 1 to 2 business days $19.99

International Shipping:

- Standard International Shipping 7 to 14 business days Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any issues with tracking please contact our customer support team at support@nutricwellness.com.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to most countries worldwide with a few exceptions. If your country is not available at checkout please reach out to our support team to inquire about potential options
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes APO or FPO addresses or military bases

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at support@nutricwellness.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order please contact us within 24 hours at support@nutricwellness.com. We cannot guarantee changes after this time frame as your order may already be processed.
